Wilfredo Giordano-Perez, MD

FAMILY MEDICINE

Tri-County welcomed Dr. Giordano-Perez to the practice in September 2017, and he accepted the position of Medical Director at Tri-County in December of 2019.  He earned his Doctorate in Medicine from the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University and completed his Family Medicine Residency at the Oregon Health and Science University.  Dr. Giordano-Perez enjoys caring for patients of all ages and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in adult primary care and preventative medicine, community health, child and adolescent care, LGBTQ care, global health, and substance use treatment.  He brings to his career in medicine a genuine compassion for his patients, and a dedication to caring for the underserved. An advocate for health and human rights, Dr. Giordano-Perez is a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society and the Gay and Lesbian Medical Association.  He speaks both Spanish and Haitian-Creole. Dr. Giordano-Perez is currently recognized as one of the Providence Business News’ Top 40 Under Forty Award winners!
