Kasandra Henriques, LCSW joined the Tri-County team in the spring of 2023. She is a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinician with a passion for helping individuals of all ages. Kasandra brings a blend of experience and knowledge to her role, making her a valuable asset to the organization.
Kasandra earned her Master of Social Work degree from Providence College, where she honed her expertise in mental health and counseling. Having worked with both children and adults, Kasandra possesses a well-rounded understanding of various mental health challenges and developmental stages. She is committed to delivering personalized, patient-centered and evidence-based interventions, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual under her care.
Kasandra’s professional journey has granted her extensive experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and de-escalation techniques. Her ability to remain composed and empathetic during challenging situations allows her to establish a sense of safety and trust with her clients, fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth.
