Important Notice for Patients Aged 13 and Older:

To ensure the privacy and security of your sensitive health information, patients aged 13 and older must have their own patient portal account and a personal email address. This policy helps us comply with privacy rules and safeguards your health information.

Getting started is simple! To create a new account, let a Tri-County staff member know you would like to set up your patient portal and provide your email address. You will receive a personal enrollment invitation via email.
