Family medicine providers care for the whole family, in all stages of life. Our medical team provides care for prenatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients, caring for family members of all ages. They have deep rooted beliefs in health equity, health as a human right and empowering their patients to take control of their own health. If needed, they will help to connect you to support services such as transportation and food assistance to help keep you healthy at home.

As your medical home, Tri-County Health Centers offer the following services:

  • Hepatitis C treatment
  • Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)
  • Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP)
