Tri-County Community Action Agency is requesting formal bids for Health Center Renovations to the Agency’s facility located on 1126 Hartford Avenue in Johnston, RI.

You may download a copy of the bid package here or you may pick a paper copy up at 1126 Hartford Avenue, Suite 201, Johnston, RI.  Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.

A walkthrough of the facility will be available on Monday, February 28^th at 1:00 p.m.  During the walkthrough, potential bidders may examine the facility and ask questions related to renovations and/or the bid process.  The architect who designed the attached drawings and specifications will be available to answer any questions.  The walkthrough is not mandatory but highly recommended.
