Tri-County Community Action Agency is accepting bids for renovation of our facility located at 7 Waveland Street, Johnston (former Calef School). Bid packet and instructions are below.
Renovations include second floor classroom alterations according to the architectural plans included in the bid packet found by clicking the link below. Paper bid packets may be picked up at 1126 Hartford Ave., Suite 101, Johnston, RI. Bids may be submitted starting on April 22, 2024 and must be received by April 29, 2024 at 3:00 pm. Bids will be publicly opened and recorded at 3:00 pm on April 29, 2024.
Mandatory Walkthrough Questions & Answers– The space will be available to view on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 3:00 pm. Questions may be submitted during this mandatory walkthrough. Responses will be made available to all interested bidders no later than April 25, 2024.
